New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer

Join Flo-Optics as an NPI Engineer and lead the introduction of innovative optical products from concept to production. Work collaboratively across teams to ensure successful launch and integration of new products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the new product introduction process from design to commercialization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with new product launches.
• Lead design for manufacturability reviews and provide feedback to the design team.
• Oversee prototype development and testing phases.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in new product introduction or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with optical products and technologies is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
