Warehouse Worker

Description

Airobotics, a leading developer and manufacturer of autonomous drone systems, is looking for a warehouse worker to join our Supply Chain team. The role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a warehouse containing thousands of SKUs across a wide variety of product categories, while working closely with multiple departments across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound materials, verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery documentation, and perform accurate inventory receipt and put-away.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through physical stock control and ERP inventory transactions.
• Execute material handling activities, including inventory transfers, stock replenishment, and material issuance to production.
• Pick, pack, and process outbound shipments for domestic and international customers.
• Ensure warehouse organization, inventory integrity, and compliance with operational procedures and quality standards.
• Support efficient warehouse and supply chain operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy, traceability, and on-time execution

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role – a significant advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Experience working with an ERP system; familiarity with NetSuite – an advantage.
• High level of personal responsibility and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Logical thinking and a process-oriented mindset.
• Physical ability to work in a dynamic operational warehouse environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional teams.
