Program Manager - Special Mission Aircraft

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Special Mission Aircraft Business Unit in Holon

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for program management and execution, including customer relations, contractor management, budget control, meeting project milestones, and driving all relevant stakeholders within the organization

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electronics, Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant engineering fields
• Background in Business Administration – an advantage
• Proven and significant experience in managing technological programs
• Strong command of English – including document writing, professional communication, and email correspondence
• Understanding of procurement processes, contractual terms, work plan development, and writing Statements of Work (SOW)
• Experience in budget allocation and management
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, and experience in working in a matrix environment
• System-of-systems level thinking and understanding
• Experience in aerospace projects – an advantage
• Experience in working with international customers – an advantage
