Programmatic Account Manager

Boldwin is a young, innovative, and leading global media company operating in the AdTech space. Our offices are located in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to join our growing team in a full-time , in-house position. If you have at least 1 year of experience in digital advertising, strong analytical thinking, and a desire to grow in a dynamic, global environment — we’d love to meet you!

In this role, you will be responsible for managing both Supply-Side and Demand-Side activities — including platform operations, regular communication with clients, and building strong customer relationships. You will also analyze performance data and work to optimize our systems, directly supporting Boldwin’s business growth. If you’re curious, motivated, and eager to learn and grow — we’d love to have you on our team.

Requirements

• What skills & experience are we looking for?
• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing / online advertising
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Highly organized, independent, and proactive
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• A positive, professional, team-oriented attitude
