Senior Programmatic Account Manager

Boldwin is a young, innovative, and leading global media company operating in the AdTech space. Our offices are located in Tel Aviv.

We are currently seeking a Senior Programmatic Account Manager (Freelance) with strong analytical skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and a high level of independence. Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail are essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing both Supply-Side and Demand-Side activities — including platform operations, regular communication with clients, and building strong customer relationships. You will also analyze performance data and work to optimize our systems, directly supporting Boldwin’s business growth. Requirements

• What skills & experience are we looking for?
• Proven ability to influence and confidently handle objections or resolve client issues
• At least 2 years of experience in advertising agencies or digital marketing
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Highly organized, independent, and proactive
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• A positive, professional, team-oriented attitude
