Job Description

Project “Galgal” Jerusalem – emergency shelter for homeless young women in extreme situations Position with flexible shifts suitable for students and for combining with additional work Can be integrated into a temporary position or a long-term position

• Night shifts, weekends and holidays
• Guidance in a trauma-informed space
• Guidance, providing support and response, and personal accompaniment of young women in treatment processes
• Establishing informal contact with young women in the program
• Intervention and management of crisis situations

Job Requirements

• Age 24 and above
• Abilities and willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team and independent and creative work, with high organizational skills
• Familiarity with the content worlds of addiction/homelessness/prostitution/mental health/at-risk populations – an advantage
• Team meetings and clinical guidance on Sundays – mandatory
