HR Student

Description

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented HR Student to join our HR team. This part-time student role in Israel will support various HR, data, systems, and employee experience processes across the company.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the local HR team and provide ongoing administrative and HR process support.
• Support the HRIS across the organization (Bob, Comeet, and DocuSign) by organizing, compiling, and updating company personnel records and documentation, and following up on existing processes.
• Provide technological support for HR-related platforms and employee data.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports, analyses, and relevant materials for stakeholders, both locally and globally.
• Provide HR support to business groups on policies, processes, employee relations, people management, and career development.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the employee experience, including planning, coordinating, and executing employee welfare activities and events.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint - must
• 2nd-year BA/BSc student in Social/Behavioral Sciences or Industrial Engineering
• Previous relevant experience in HR, People Operations, HR administration, employee engagement, welfare, or a similar role –advantage.
• Strong systems orientation – ability to understand how platforms operate and find effective solutions and workarounds.
• Data-driven mindset – ability to collect, evaluate, and analyze data and translate it into relevant insights.
• Project-oriented mindset with execution skills, including employee events and welfare activities.
• High level of English.
